The Biltmore Room provides the utmost versatility for any private dining occasion. The spacious room makes it ideal for audio visual presentations, meetings and cocktail parties. The room will comfortably accommodate up to 56 people. Your guests will be served with the usual attention to every detail. The Camelback Room opens onto the patio overlooking Camelback Road. Here up to 32 guests can enjoy the utmost in Capital Grille service. The handsome surroundings of The Camelback Room are the perfect complement to our classic cuisine. In the Wine Room, your guests can enjoy the complete Capital Grille experience surrounded by handsome mahogany carved wine racks displaying our extensive wine selection from around the world. Located directly in front of the open-air kitchen, this provides for wonderful à la Carte dining, as well as a unique opportunity to personally work with the Executive Chef in creating a customized menu for your group.
