WHAT ARE THE CAPITAL GRILLE’S HOURS OF OPERATION?

Our hours vary by location. Please click below to find The Capital Grille you plan to visit. Generally speaking, dinner is served every evening beginning at 5pm, and lunch is served Monday through Friday until 4pm. Some locations serve lunch on weekends as well. Find The Capital Grille near you.

WHERE WILL NEW CAPITAL GRILLE RESTAURANTS BE OPENING?

We are delighted to be opening new Capital Grille restaurants all the time. Click below to find our newest locations. We are continually updating the list, so check back often. (Specific locations and opening dates are subject to change.) Find future Capital Grille restaurants.

ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED?

We strongly recommend that our guests reserve a table so there is no disappointment upon arrival at having to wait. You can reserve a table by clicking here . But reservations are not required. We will be delighted to accommodate you if we are able.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can make a reservation on The Capital Grille's website or by contacting the restaurant directly. Click here to make a reservation.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN EXISTING RESERVATION?

If you reserved a table on The Capital Grille website, you can edit or cancel your reservation online by visiting the Change My Reservation page. For your privacy, we will send your reservation details to the email provided, you will then have the opportunity to change or cancel your reservation. If you made your reservation through OpenTable or by contacting the restaurant directly, please call the restaurant to modify your reservation.

DO YOU HAVE PRIVATE DINING ROOMS FOR MEETINGS OR EVENTS?

We most certainly do. Elegant and comfortable rooms with an array of seating options, customized menus, and dedicated servers. Additionally, most rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art media capabilities, including webcasting and high-speed, hard-wired and wireless internet connections. We invite you to learn more about our private dining capabilities.

HOW CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT CUSTOMIZED MENUS FOR PRIVATE EVENTS?

We have examples of customized menus available for viewing on each location’s web page. But we will work closely with you to make sure your menu suits your needs, and are happy to advise you on wine pairings. View menus for specific Capital Grille locations here.

HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT?

You can submit a request for private dining on our Private Dining page. Simply provide some information about your event, and a Capital Grille private event planner will respond as soon as the request is received to help you book your gathering. Request private dining here.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Yes. To better deliver on our promise of a refined atmosphere, proper dress is required. Thank you for not wearing: athletic shorts, uncovered sports bras or other bra-style tops, excessively revealing clothing or exposed undergarments, or any clothing with offensive language or images. Men’s shirts must have sleeves. Athletic leggings, joggers or sweatpants are welcome in our lounge area. Dress code may vary by location. Please call the restaurant for further details.

 
 

ABOUT THE MENU

DOES THE CAPITAL GRILLE OFFER VEGETARIAN DISHES?

We want every guest at The Capital Grille to feel welcome. While we are known for our masterful preparation of dry aged steaks and fresh seafood, our Chef is always happy to prepare a vegetable-based dish for any guest who requests one. Please talk with your server about what our Chef can offer you.

DOES THE CAPITAL GRILLE HAVE GLUTEN-FREE OFFERINGS?

Our menu contains many items made without gluten-containing ingredients. We are happy to provide you with a printed menu of those offerings at the restaurant upon request, and invite you to download our Gluten Sensitive Menu PDF. Our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment, however, so it is possible these menu items could come into contact with gluten during preparation. If you’re highly sensitive to gluten, please let your server know.

HOW DO I GET THE BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD?

Have your 16-digit Capital Grille Gift Card number(s) ready and call 877.500.9706 or click here to check your Gift Card balance online.

Buying a gift card to pay someone?

There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card. Darden Restaurants is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card. If anyone insists you pay with gift cards, decline the offer and report the incident to the NYS Division of Consumer Protection at 800-697-1220 (if NY Resident) or report it to the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ONCE ITS PLACED?
